Gift card questions
How do I use a Koseli Mart gift card?
Add what you'd like to your cart, go to checkout and enter the 16-character code under "Gift card". The card pays first; if the order costs more, you pay the rest online or at pickup.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes. Whatever you don’t spend stays on the card for your next order, until the balance runs out.
How is the gift card delivered?
By email, usually within a minute of payment — to the person you’re sending it to, or to you if it’s for yourself. You also get a copy under My gift cards.
I lost the email with the code. What now?
If you bought the card, sign in and open My gift cards to see the code again. Otherwise, contact Koseli Mart and they can resend it.
Where can it be used?
Only at Koseli Mart, for anything in the shop ordered on this website.
